Such notification must include identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, identification of the infringing material with direct, clickable links to the specific URLs on Animaster, information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you including a valid email address, a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information contained in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. The notification must also be signed, either physically or electronically, by the authorized person acting on behalf of the copyright owner. Animaster reserves the right to remove infringing material in accordance with the DMCA and to terminate the access of repeat infringers. Submitting false claims may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
