DMCA Policy

Animaster respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at https://www.copyright.gov, Animaster will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content available on Animaster infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice pursuant to the DMCA by providing our designated agent with the following information in writing:

1. An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific, clickable URL(s) on Animaster where the material is located. General descriptions or search terms are not sufficient — we require direct links to each individual page you are reporting, since without them we cannot guarantee removal.

4. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address.

5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please send your notice to: [ایمیل رسمی خودت رو اینجا بذار]

We aim to process valid, complete notices within [مثلاً ۳ تا ۵ روز کاری] business days of receipt. Notices that do not include direct clickable links to the specific infringing pages, or that are missing required elements above, may not be actionable and could delay or prevent removal.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted or that is associated with your account was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

Misrepresentation

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. We recommend consulting an attorney before submitting a notice if you are uncertain about your rights.

This policy does not constitute legal advice. Animaster reserves the right to remove content, terminate accounts, or take other appropriate action at its discretion, with or without a formal DMCA notice.
